The Lee Group is looking for a Business Manager for multiple recreational vehicle resorts and waterparks located in the Chesapeake Bay region of Virginia. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing all of the general and business operations to include daily resort operations, financial management and human resources. Must promote and lead an atmosphere centered on creating a positive experience for customers/guests of the resorts. Operations are seasonal from April to November and resort operations are on a 24 hour, 7 day a week schedule. As such this position will require someone who is dedicated, conscientious, hardworking and flexible with work hours.
